Welcome to RabaWork (the “Site”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platforms (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using RabaWork.

By accessing or using RabaWork you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Who Can Use RabaWork

Our Service is intended for people aged 16 and above. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must use the Service with parental or guardian permission.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Registration: To access certain features (post jobs, apply, comment, or manage listings) you may need to register an account and provide accurate information.
  • Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Account Conduct: You are responsible for all actions performed with your account. Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.

3. Posting Jobs & Content Rules

RabaWork is a platform for legitimate job postings and job-seeking activity. By posting a job or content you agree:

  • To provide accurate, honest, and lawful information about the vacancy and business.
  • Not to post fake, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate job listings.
  • Not to solicit payment from applicants for employment (unless explicitly stated and lawful in the posting).
  • To respect the rights of third parties and not to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.

Agent verification: Some listings will be reviewed by our agents prior to approval. Approval is not a guarantee of safety or employment — it means the listing met our verification checks at the time of review.

4. User Content, Comments & Reactions

Users may submit comments, reactions, and other content. You retain ownership of the content you post but grant RabaWork a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

By posting, you represent you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate these Terms. We may remove content that violates our policies without notice. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete comments.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using RabaWork you must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities, including human trafficking or selling illegal goods.
  • Post discriminatory or hateful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the identity of your company.
  • Spam, scrape, or harvest data from the Site.
  • Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the Site, or upload malicious code.

6. Verification, Approval & Roles

We use a role-based flow (agents, admins, employers). Agents may verify listings, while admins approve or remove listings. Verification and approval are tools to reduce fraud — they do not guarantee the accuracy of content or the suitability of any job. Users should still exercise caution when applying or meeting an employer.

7. Payments & Fees

At present, posting jobs on RabaWork is free unless we explicitly state otherwise. If we introduce paid services (featured listings, advertising, or subscriptions) those services will be described with clear pricing and billing terms. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RabaWork (site design, text, logos, images, code) is owned or licensed by RabaWork. You must not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

RabaWork may display ads from third-party networks (including Google AdSense). These third parties may collect certain information in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RabaWork and its officers, employees or partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. We are not responsible for any interactions between users, including hiring decisions, interviews, or meetings. Use the Site at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RabaWork harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the Site or other users. Users may delete their accounts; however, certain information (for fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons) may be retained for a reasonable period.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where RabaWork is registered (unless otherwise required by law). If you have a dispute, please contact support@raba.life so we can try to resolve it informally before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If a material change is made we will provide notice where possible.
